Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
• LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial comprehensive assessment data to support diagnostic decisions per DSM-5 and treatment planning.
• Provide 25 hours of billable services per week to clients.
• Implement crisis and pre-crisis intervention procedures for potentially suicidal, homicidal, or severely disabled clients.
• Make referrals to consulting psychiatrists or inpatient facilities when necessary.
• Interview collateral contacts and treatment professionals to inform treatment planning.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic approaches with individuals, couples, and families.
• Organize therapy groups and manage discharge planning to maintain gains.
• Maintain professional files and complete billing-related documents.
