Job summary

Friendship House in Carbondale, PA is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy. You will document sessions in an Electronic Medical Record and serve adults, children/adolescents/families or combinations.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and potential to earn up to $70,000 yearly through additional responsibilities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work or related field required.
• LSW or LMSW; Licensure preferred (LCSW).
• Experience with children/adolescents is a plus; LPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to Adults, Children/Adolescents/Families or combinations.
• Document all sessions in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate treatment plans.
