Job summary

A leading behavioral health services provider in the United States is seeking an IOP Therapist to join their team in Benton, Arkansas. This role involves providing direct patient care, conducting psychotherapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and relevant state licensure. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
• Must have appropriate State Licensure including LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LPE.
• Minimum of two years of psychiatric treatment experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to adults preferred.
• Basic knowledge of educational and psychological systems as related to behavior treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including social assessments and treatment plans.
• Conduct individual, group, family, and special focus group psychotherapy.
• Interface with referral sources and community service agencies.
