Qualifications

• Candidates must have a master's degree in behavioral sciences.
• Clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans.
• Target caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries

General knowledge of therapy services

Proficient in Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
