Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our locally owned clinic. You’ll contribute to expanding access to quality mental health care, guided by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance and determination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Florida-issued clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) or intern license preferred.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Interest in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and related therapies.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Valant EHR systems.
• Fully licensed clinicians or eligible to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Education
