Hand of Mercy Health Care in Maine seeks an Outpatient Therapist to deliver in-home or in-office services for individuals with mental health needs, following MaineCare guidelines.

The role requires an active ME state license or ability to obtain licensure within 30 days, and offers pay of $50–$60 per billable hour, plus paid training, supervision, and documentation support. Partly remote work is available with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active ME State license or ability to obtain licensure within 30 days.
• Experience with psychosocial assessment preferred.
• Experience with youth and young adults and people with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or in-office services to clients as requested by the area mental health team.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance client functioning in home and community.
• Assess client needs and service availability; document goals and progress.
