Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Atlanta, GA seeks an independently licensed clinician to provide trauma-informed mental health services on a fee-for-service basis. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a mission-driven environment within a community-based setting.

Primary duties include conducting assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, or family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; underserved populations preferred.
• Experience with homelessness, trauma, and co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills; culturally competent.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and payer requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach in all clinical interactions.
• Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and other service providers as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensure requirements set forth by the state licensing board.

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated independently licensed clinician to provide high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services on a fee-for-service basis. The clinician will work with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including mental health disorders, trauma, past homelessness, and/or substance use, within a community-based setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and payer requirements
• Utilize evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach in all clinical interactions
• Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and other service providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensure requirements set forth by the state licensing board

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred, ideally with underserved populations
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, trauma, and/or co-occurring disorders is a plus

• Culturally competent and able to engage effectively with diverse populations
• Availability for a minimum of 10-15 clients per week

Please note that this is contracted 1099 role with a 70/30 split.
