Job summary

A nonprofit mental health organization is seeking a Master's Level Outpatient Clinician/Therapist in Gloucester, MA. This full-time role involves providing therapy to clients of all ages, including telehealth services. The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 annually, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and generous benefits. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed models of treatment preferred.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person outpatient therapy to children and adults, including telehealth.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Engage in treatment and support client needs.

Skills

Clinical experience with children and adolescents

Ability to create treatment plans

Demonstrated capacity for therapeutic relationships

Proficiency in electronic medical records

Flexible work schedule

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling

Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
