ncgCARE, a National Counseling Group partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our Richmond, VA team. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, perform case management, crisis intervention, and wraparound support for children and families.

You’ll maintain timely clinical documentation and collaborate with care teams while ensuring regulatory and clinical standards. Licensure in VA or eligibility is required, with a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Resident in Counseling).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

• Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
• Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
• Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.
• Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.

Compensation

This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.

Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.
