Job summary

Darke County Recovery Services, DBA Recovery & Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio seeks a licensed mental health provider to deliver diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating interventions, and offering crisis support as needed.

You may supervise interns, participate in program evaluation, and engage in community outreach while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality

Qualifications

• Base level licensure (LSW, LPC, or graduate level psychology trainee/assistant) or Independent Licensure (LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or Psychologist)
• Willingness to provide licensure supervision if supervision designation exists
• If not independently licensed, supervision is provided by appropriately licensed mental health provider
• Oral & written communication skills
• Competency in prerequisites for performing activities noted above
• Good customer service skills with clients and the public
• Proficient in Carelogic (MIS system) and producing written communication in WORD or via email

Responsibilities

• Informs clients of limits to confidentiality, rights regarding services and payment expectations
• Performs diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy within scope
• Completes the Individual Treatment Plan with the client before services are provided
• Coordinates interventions with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Provides emergency consultation, assessment, and crisis intervention in the office or ICU
• Completes billable documentation within 24 hours; maintains other documentation
• Integrates services and/or makes referrals to appropriate professionals or outside agencies
• Participates in program needs assessment and performance improvement objectives
• May supervise interns or graduate level unlicensed therapists
• Performs community outreach and mental health education
• Provides billable services at a minimum of 50% productivity
• Complies with HIPAA/confidentiality; attends staff meetings and trainings
• Performs other related duties to augment agency functioning
• Maintains CPR/First Aid skills and safe workplace practices

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services within scope of practice in collaboration with clients
• Completes the Individual Treatment Plan in collaboration with the client before any services are provided.
• Coordinates interventions with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Provides emergency consultation, assessment, and crisis intervention, in the office or at the ICU.
• Completes all billable documentation within 24 hours of the service. Maintains efficient and timely documentation on all other non-billable services such as referrals, discharges, etc.
• Integrates services and/or make referrals to appropriate professionals or outside agencies as indicated
• Participates in the assessment of program needs and peer review, as well as cooperate with performance improvement objectives
• May supervise interns in professional training or graduate level unlicensed mental health therapists.
• Performs community outreach and education assignments including mental health education and prevention programs, as well as consultation services.
• Provides Billable services in excess of a minimum of 50% productivity
• Complies with confidentiality and protected health information rules.
• Attends staff meetings, in-services, case conferences, etc. as scheduled
• Performs other related duties as assigned including support activities as needed to augment functioning of the agency
• Collaborates in maintaining clean, safe workplace, including maintenance of CPR/First Aid skills and aggressive client management skills (TAPS or equivalent)

Required Credentials and Skills

• Utilizes computer well enough to perform clinical documentation in Carelogic (MIS system) directly, as well as generate written communication in WORD or via email.
