Qualifications

• Additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
• Manages care of an assigned group of patients in line with Northside Hospital philosophy and policies.
• Emphasizes collaboration, communication, coordination, integration and empowerment in patient care.
