Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the technical functions necessary to enhance the effectiveness and quality of patient care.
• Receive assignment and assist in care of patient as directed.
• Check patient's vital signs; identify needs & pain assessment with documentation and close collaboration with a team RN.
• Maintain Control Logs and restocking of refrigerators & Blanket Warmers.
• Restock patient rooms with clinical supplies.
• Assist RN with monitoring chart and audits charts to ensure proper forms are on chart.
