Gateway CSB is seeking a qualified Substance Use Disorder Counselor I/II to provide assessments, counseling, and treatment planning in Statesboro, GA. The role supports individuals and families through individual, group, and family sessions, coordinating referrals and recovery services in outpatient settings.

The counselor will ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote recovery orientation with a person-centered approach.

Formación

• Current Addiction Counselor certification or eligibility for certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing substance use disorder treatment services.
• Experience in crisis intervention, intensive case management, counseling, treatment planning, and recovery support services.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides substance use assessments and counseling services.
• Develops and monitors individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitates individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Coordinates referrals and recovery support services.
• Provides crisis intervention and case management services.
• Maintains required documentation and clinical records.
