Job summary

IdealHire Technologies, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for outpatient care in Napa, CA. The contract role features 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30) and requires one weekend day per week, with occasional float to nearby facilities.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of SLP experience, outpatient background, and a California license (pending CA license accepted at submission). Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility to qualify.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Outpatient experience is required.
• Valid California state license required; pending CA license accepted at time of submission.
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this assignment.
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible.
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services with an average daily census of 10 patients.
• Deliver evaluation and treatment services during day shift hours in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain compliance with facility scheduling expectations, including one weekend day per week.
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).
• Float to nearby sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements
