Job summary

California Rehabilitation Institute in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for outpatient services on a per diem basis. The role offers an increased rate of $69.00 per hour and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

The clinic focuses on adult neuro conditions and multidisciplinary care with flexible hours from 8 am to 5:15 pm, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates hold state licensure as an SLP and CCC-ASHA; completion of CLS or equivalent within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans.
• Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional programs for community reintegration.
• Educate patients, families, and staff about therapy needs.
• Coordinate treatment with other clinical services.
