Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient clinic in Indiana. You will deliver individualized therapy, perform evaluations, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered team dedicated to functional recovery after brain injury, stroke, or neurological conditions.

The role emphasizes one-on-one care, evidence-based practice, and ongoing assessment to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-certified preferred).
• Valid SLP license in practicing state(s).
• CPR certification compliant with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient progress to treatment team, physicians, clients and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
