Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Sleep Medicine–certified Pulmonary physician to join our team serving Bluffton and Beaufort, South Carolina. This 100% outpatient role offers collaboration within an academically affiliated health system and access to advanced sleep and pulmonary services across two locations in Beaufort and Bluffton.

No call responsibilities Monday-Friday and RVU-based compensation are offered. Physicians will practice in a state-of-the-art facility opening in 2026 with on-site

Qualifications

BC/BE in Pulmonary Disease.
Sleep Medicine Certification Required.
Interest in outpatient practice development, with future inpatient consultant opportunities.

Responsibilities

100% outpatient pulmonary clinic with potential inpatient consultant work.
Manage chronic respiratory diseases including asthma, COPD, emphysema, tuberculosis, and lung cancer.
Access to advanced diagnostic services: Pulmonary function testing, lab services, X-ray, and mobile CT.
Bronchoscopy and advanced airway procedures.
Evaluation and treatment of sleep apnea and other sleep-related disorders.
No call responsibilities Monday-Friday; typical clinical hours.
Productivity-based RVU compensation model.
