Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Certification in CPR preferred or required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, prepares and stocks supplies in exam rooms.
• Obtains vital signs, patient history and maintains charting.
• Performs phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing and injections.
• Triage calls, communicates test results to patients and informs provider with proper terminology.
• Assists provider by preparing patients for exams, procedures and treatments.
