Qualifications

• Active PA RN license (or multi-state via eNLC).
• Preferred Certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for individuals or families.
• Lead in professional practice and mentor other staff.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill level.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality efforts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate care and outcomes.
