ScionHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its physician practice setting. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and clinical teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, monitoring, education, and preventive care for patients of all ages. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making ability.

• Proficiency in documentation and EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across the lifespan.
• Perform routine procedures such as eye irrigation, wound care, and dressing applications.
• Initiate emergency care and interventions in critical situations.
• Provide health education and preventive care support.
• Support physicians with assessments, diagnostic procedures, and minor surgical procedures.
• Develop and evaluate treatment plans for patients with long-term health conditions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
