Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years' technical experience preferred.
• One year's leadership experience preferred.
• Two years' acute care nursing in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds a high performing clinical team with designated charge nurses and unit champions.
• Sets goals for safety, quality of care and regulatory compliance; drives satisfaction.
• Directs patient care activities and supports education and care plans.
• Oversees staff scheduling, overtime decisions, and staffing levels.
