Qualifications

• Associates or better in Nursing Diploma.
• Bachelors or better in Nursing Diploma.
• HeartCode BLS required.
• Nursing license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive nursing care and assessment.
• Communicates changes in patient status to relevant health professionals.
• Participates in development and modification of care plans.
• Implements delegated interventions within the nursing plan of care.
• Delegates tasks to LPNs and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
• Maintains patient safety and therapeutic environment.
• Advocates for patient best interests and evaluates care outcomes.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team across care settings.
