Qualifications

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN licensure in a US state or DC.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing education, orientation, and competencies.
• Coordinate outpatient care from visits to self-management and education.
• Administer medications and procedures per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Support patient education and satisfaction throughout care continuum.
