The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Outpatient RN - Infusion for weekend and float shifts. You will provide direct patient care in infusion settings and contribute to a team delivering high-quality ambulatory services.
This role requires floating to multiple infusion clinics across Columbus on weekdays, with every-other-weekend coverage, and a 36-hour schedule in First Shift. Ohio nursing license and CCNE/ACEN-accredited program credentials are required.

The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient's involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization, The nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement , the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.
The nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
This position will be required to work every other weekend at our weekend infusion clinics. In addition, this position will require floating to the five core infusion clinics throughout Columbus during the work week and will vary daily based on patient volume and staffing needs.
