Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Cardiopulmonary Rehab unit. This contingent role supports patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on coordination, safety, and quality.

The Clinic Nurse will assess and manage nursing care for patients and families, while guiding other care-team members in delivering evidence-based therapies. Ohio nursing licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE/ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit to practice.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care to the patient and family.
• Direct and supervise nursing care provided by other team members.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care per professional practice model.
