Job summary

BSA Health System in Amarillo, TX seeks a BE/BC Rheumatologist for an outpatient practice. Join one physician and one APP; no call, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic is located near a 450-bed hospital with onsite testing and two procedure rooms.

The recruitment package includes base salary with wRVU incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, residency stipend, paid malpractice, health benefits, and retirement plan, with total compensation up to $350K.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Rheumatologist required for outpatient practice.
• Join one physician and one APP; no call.
• Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Outpatient clinic located near a 450-bed hospital with onsite testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care to a growing patient panel.
• Coordinate care with APP and other specialists; manage referrals.
• Utilize Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe to improve documentation and patient flow.
