Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a dedicated Rheumatologist to join our employed team in an outpatient setting.

The role includes diagnosing and treating rheumatic diseases, performing procedures, and collaborating with primary care, orthopedics, and physical therapy to provide comprehensive patient care. You will contribute to research and education initiatives while delivering high-quality care to patients in Central Florida.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MD/PhD with ABIM Certification in Rheumatology.
• Open to both new and experienced Rheumatologists with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of rheumatic diseases in an outpatient setting.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures (e.g., joint injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, biologic therapies).
• Provide consultations and second opinions on complex cases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans delivering high-quality care.
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and tumor boards; participate in education and research initiatives.
• Educate patients and families about diseases and treatment options; maintain accurate documentation.
