Mercy Fort Smith seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established outpatient practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This full-time role offers a 4.5-day work week, strong referral network, and access to EPIC with DAX Copilot.

The physician will participate in teaching opportunities with local residency programs and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package including relocation assistance and CME support.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
• Experience in outpatient rheumatology care preferred.
• Ability to participate in teaching through residency programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rheumatology evaluation and management.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty referral network.
• Engage in teaching through residency programs as available.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot in daily workflows.
