Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an adult Rehab Technician for our Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This full-time role supports rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting, assisting therapists and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate provides direct patient care, helps transport patients, assists PT/OT/ST with treatments, and handles clerical tasks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. A High School diploma and BLS from AHA are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1+ year outpatient rehab experience strongly preferred.
• Patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care.
• Transporting patient to/from treatments.
• Assisting PT/OT/ST with patient treatments.
• Clerical duties and maintenance.
• Cleaning and sanitation of work area.
