Valle del Sol, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and medical nutrition therapy in our outpatient primary care setting.
You will plan and conduct one-on-one diabetes education and group classes, and collaborate with the care team to tailor plans for adults, children, and adolescents. The role requires an RD/RDN license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nutrition Services, the Outpatient Registered Dietitian performs professional duties by providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and medical nutrition counseling to primary care patients of Valle del Sol in the outpatient setting. The Registered Dietitian also plans and implements one-on-one diabetes education sessions and group classes.
This position may operate in clinical, office, or community settings including clinics, administrative offices, outreach locations, client homes, partner agencies, and community sites. Employees may interact with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, emotional distress, or complex social needs. Standard safety precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required as applicable.
