Job summary

LocumTenens.com, LLC invites an experienced Radiation Oncologist to join an outpatient clinic in Alabama. The assignment focuses on delivering clinic-based radiation therapy with IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT, supporting coordinated cancer care in a busy outpatient setting.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no on-call duties. Candidates must hold board certification in Radiation Oncology and possess or obtain an active medical license and hospital privileges within 60–90

Qualifications

• Board certification in Radiation Oncology required.
• Active state medical license, prescriptive authority and hospital privileges in process.
• Privileges to be obtained within 60–90 days of assignment start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinic-based outpatient radiation therapy using IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT.
• Manage 20–30 patients on treatment per day.
• Conduct follow-up and on-treatment visits.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no call.
