Qualifications
- Current certifications and licenses required for Nurse Practitioner role.
- Prior NP clinical experience preferred, ideally in pulmonology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.
- Collaborate with pulmonologists on complex cases.
- Educate patients and families on disease management.
- Manage follow-up care and treatment adjustments.
- Document care accurately in EHR.
