Qualifications

• Board-certified in Pulmonary Medicine with Critical Care certification.
• 7-10+ years post-fellowship in pulmonology and critical care.
• Comfort managing complex outpatient pulmonary patients and coordinating transitions of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-focused pulmonary care with potential inpatient collaboration.
• Coordinate transitions of care for high-acuity patients.
• Participate in a 1:3 call rotation with low volume and remote call option.
