Job summary

Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a Pulmonologist for an outpatient practice in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves providing specialized outpatient care for respiratory disorders and managing an established patient panel with support staff and a light call schedule.

The ideal candidate is Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pulmonary Disease, with an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, and Florida licensure. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary Disease fellowship.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pulmonary Disease.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
• Manage diseases: asthma, COPD, ILD, pulmonary fibrosis.
• Order and interpret pulmonary tests, imaging, labs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including inhaled therapies and oxygen.
