• Compact PTA accepted for Oregon travel assignment
• SSN and DOB required for background checks

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient evaluations and create/implement exercise programs
• Perform modalities as ordered and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain documentation in EMR and participate in team meetings
