Kessler Rehabilitation Center, part of Select Medical, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient settings in Mendham, NJ 07945. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with compensation $30-44 per hour, depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $8,000.

You will work under a licensed physical therapist, assist in treatment plans, and help patients return to activity. The center emphasizes mentorship, patient care quality, and opportunities for internal movement

Formación

• Active state PTA license or eligibility.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist in implementing prescribed treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality PT services in outpatient settings.
• Develop treatment plans and support staff and case management.
• Maintain positive relations with facilities and clients.
