Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. You will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, provide hands-on patient care, document progress, and support patients in restoring function, mobility, and independence.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-first environment that values respect, teamwork, and clinical excellence,

Qualifications

• PTA must implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on patient care and assist with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Document progress accurately in patient records and progress notes.
• Support patients in regaining function, mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on patient care and assist with therapeutic techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
