Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics within its Drayer Physical Therapy network. You will work under a licensed PT to provide hands-on, evidence-based care and help patients regain mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PA PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
