Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in Georgia, including Demorest and West Forsyth. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles in a collaborative setting with mentorship and modern tools to support patient care.

As a PTA, you’ll provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment under supervision, track progress, and grow professionally through Upstream Rehabilitation’s learning programs and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active GA PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Track patient progress and communicate with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and the local community.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through mentorship and CEU opportunities.
