Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Lancaster area. We welcome full-time, part-time, and PRN PTAs who are passionate about helping patients regain movement and return to activities they love.

You will work under a licensed PT, provide individualized care, track progress, and thrive in a collaborative environment with a clear career path and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream's mentorship and learning programs.
