Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for its outpatient orthopedic practices in Colorado. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with mentorship, growth, and a collaborative team.

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, help patients improve mobility and function, and participate in a supportive network across clinics nationwide. Competitive pay of $28-35 per hour, employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active COPTA license (or eligibility).
