Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in North Carolina. You’ll work in a supportive environment with mentorship, modern technology, and a clear career path that grows with you.

You’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility and function, and collaborate with a regional clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
