Job summary

Talentify in Louisville, KY is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to assist therapists in rehabilitation procedures and support center operations. This PRN/Per diem role is weekday afternoons, with a $10/hour base compensation, pending experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Health Sciences, CPR and first aid certifications, and prior outpatient PT center experience. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with rehabilitation procedures and keep records.
• Observe and report abnormal patient responses to treatment.
• Assist in center operations, including scheduling and OSHA coordination.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences

CPR certification

Experience in outpatient physical therapy
