Job summary

Ortho West is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapy Technician to join our outpatient rehab clinic. The role supports licensed therapists, prepares treatment rooms, and helps with patient check-in and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Physical Therapy Office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong customer service and communication skills. This on-site position offers generous PTO accrual and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Physical Therapy Office is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist licensed therapists with patient prep and non-skilled activities.
• Answer patient questions and provide information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, and referrals as needed.
• Support equipment use, cleaning, sterilization, and handling supplies for therapy sessions.
