Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team in the Central Valley. You will evaluate patients, create tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly to assess mobility and function.
• Develop individualized outpatient treatment plans.
• Perform manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities, and patient education.
• Document progress and outcomes in the EHR (Raintree) accurately.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current.
