Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: implement manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and education.
• Documentation: maintain accurate progress notes and outcomes in the EHR.
• Patient Education: educate patients and families on rehab, home programs, and prevention.
• Progress Monitoring: adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: stay updated on research and best practices in PT.
