Job summary

NW Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN outpatient orthopedics in Washington. You will be part of Upstream Rehabilitation, with strong mentorship and clear growth paths across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

Deliver evidence-based therapy, develop care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team while advancing professionally through internal education programs and residency/fellowship options. Washington PT licensure is required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
