Job summary

Motion PT in Brooklyn’s Lefferts Gardens is hiring licensed Physical Therapists for a full-time role with 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday. The clinic offers a structured mentorship, generous benefits, and access to AI-supported clinical tools to enhance outcomes.

You will work in a high-demand outpatient setting across pediatrics, vestibular, pelvic health, and return-to-sport training. You can expect a comprehensive compensation package including annual salary range and sign-on/student loan

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with ability to obtain license in state of practice
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Interest in treating pediatric patients with mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and underlying causes via history and exam
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet goals
• Deliver skilled interventions (exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities)
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach accordingly
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery journey
