Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and active state physical therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify movement or functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical modalities.
• Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Ensure informed consent by communicating treatment benefits, risks, and alternatives.
• Discharge patients appropriately with recommendations or referrals as needed.
