Benchmark Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, LLC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Durant, Oklahoma. You’ll provide outpatient orthopedic care and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
